A series of new spaces within an existing 40’s Spanish Mission-Style home in Cottesloe. This project has taken an old beauty and carefully re-shaped it for a long future ahead.

Located in Cottesloe, this renovation and extension to an existing heritage-listed residence has transformed key areas of the home into new and more liveable spaces.

Assemble collaborated with the design team from the early stages of the project to work through the detailing of the design, which involved substantial excavation work to lower the existing floor level. A key challenge of the project was working with the complexities of the heritage building fabric, however, the final outcome is a great exemplar of what can be achieved through the collaboration of our build team and our high quality trades.
