Defined as a food incubator inside a warehouse, this hospitality precinct in Fremantle offers a unique experience for its patrons.

Comprising of a Micro-Brewery, Cafe and up to 14 separate food offerings, Sunshine Harvester is becoming a hub for the local community.

Assemble was engaged to deliver the project which also involved service upgrades to Sunshine Harvester’s neighbour - The Mantle.  Throughout the build Assemble provided extensive Value Management services to ensure the best outcome for the client - Hawaiian property group.
