Tomich House

Constructed in the early 1970s, Tomich House is one of Perth’s most beloved Iwanoff homes.

Subjected to a series of insensitive renovations over time and left vacant for several years, the heritage fabric was in disrepair.  Its new owner - an Iwanoff enthusiast - had the vision to return the home to its former glory and bought Assemble on board to execute this complex build.

Stripped back to the bones, a full interior renovation took place.  Spanning multiple levels with challenging access, Assemble co-ordinated an experienced subcontractor team to bring the vision to life - the new details celebrating the original features of the home.
