Tucked away on a back lot in South Fremantle, this project covers a variety of works including a new apartment/garage, new hard landscaping works and outdoor dining, as well as an extension to the existing main house living areas.

Playful colour choices and forms reflect the personality of the family who call this home.  The new construction creates a sense of flow throughout the site, linking the various built forms and outdoor spaces, whilst also accommodating the changing needs of a family with teenagers. 

Assemble collaborated closely with the designers throughout the process to develop a number of custom details and ensure the new and existing built fabric integrate effectively.
