Within North Fremantle's iconic Weeties Factory, 3 existing apartments have been combined to create a single, luxurious family home. 

Assemble worked collaboratively with project architects Space Agency to effectively respond to the inevitable unknowns of working within a heritage listed warehouse. Services and new structural elements were thoughtfully co-ordinated on site in a manner sensitive to the existing architecture and the open plan nature of the home. 

A sculptural spiral staircase is an important feature within the home, connecting the ground floor living spaces with the private living spaces above. A new conservatory-like garden and concrete pool offer a lush outlook from within.
