Cooee calls patrons back to the iconic Old Swan Brewery with a fresh new look.

Situated in the corner tenancy of the Old Swan Brewery, Cooee boasts some of Perth’s best river views.  Assemble delivered an interior fitout in collaboration with Design Theory to freshen the space and welcome patrons back to this iconic venue.

The new bars and joinery elements create a relaxed atmosphere to accommodate visitors from the morning coffee crowd to late night diners.
